Biography
CHRISTIAN AXHAUSEN advises on all financing transactions, domestic and cross-border. In particular, he advises private equity sponsors, strategic investors, funds, corporations, and financial institutions on acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, refinancing, and other corporate finance transactions.
Christian previously was a trainee in the General Directorate for Competition of the European Commission.
