STACY CROSNICKER counsels and advises clients on a variety of executive compensation, equity compensation and employee benefits issues, including advising on these issues in connection with corporate transactions. Stacy counsels private equity clients and their portfolio companies on issues related to employee benefits that arise in mergers and acquisitions, and guiding employers through the transition of employee benefits. Stacy’s experience includes designing and implementing equity incentive plans and employment, severance, and other compensation-related arrangements for both private and public companies. She advises clients on the tax, securities and other federal and state law issues with respect to such plans and arrangements. Stacy also has experience designing and assisting with parachute payment analysis and other benefits-related issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.
