MACKENZI J.S. EHRETT is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Disputes group where she focuses her practice on representing clients involved in civil litigation and white collar investigations.
Prior to joining Sidley, Mackenzi served as a deputy associate counsel in the White House Counsel’s office, where she was responsible for providing legal advice and guidance regarding the nominations and appointments of Article I and Article III judicial nominees, judicial nominations to Washington, D.C. courts, and executive branch nominations.
Mackenzi earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University where she was the executive editor of the George Mason Law Review, a member of the Supreme Court and Administrative Law Clinics, and a member of the Moot Court and Jessup teams. In her free time, she volunteers as an attorney-coach for the mock trial program at Patrick Henry College.
