
Biography
HAYDEN GOLEMON earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2023. While at Northwestern, he served as an articles editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and was a vice president of OUTLaw, Northwestern’s LGBTQ+ affinity group. Hayden graduated summa cum laude from Western Illinois University with a degree in foreign languages and literatures. Hayden was a member of Western Illinois University’s track team as part of the sprints/hurdles team.

- Twin Star International, Inc., as the stalking horse bidder, in its purchase of substantially all the assets of Walker Edison Furniture Company, LLC in connection with Walker Edison’s Chapter 11 proceedings (pending).
- Merit Street Media Inc., a Texas-based television and digital media company, in its Chapter 11 filing in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
- OYA Renewables Development LLC and seven solar community development affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
- CareMax Inc., a Miami-based medical services provider, and certain of its affiliates in connection with their pre-arranged Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
- Fifth Star Inc., as DIP lender and Plan sponsor in the reorganization of PARTS iD, Inc., a Cranbury, NJ-based digital commerce company that sells automotive parts and accessories through its proprietary platforms.
