MATTHEW KATZ practices in the Banking and Financial Services group where he represents depository institutions, their holding companies, payment networks and money transmitters in a variety of regulatory, transactional and public policy matters. Matthew advises on a range of federal and state regulatory issues, and has assisted clients with investment authority and regulatory structure questions, FinTech investments, money transmitter licensing, and preparation of applications and other submissions to federal and state bank regulatory agencies.
