JULEA LIPIZ advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters affecting pharmaceuticals, biological products, medical devices, food, and dietary supplements. She provides regulatory support on transactional and corporate matters involving companies across the life sciences supply chain, including clinical-stage companies and manufacturers of approved products. Julea assists with due diligence reviews, drafting transactional documents, and securities filings.
Julea earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where she served as a senior student publication editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and an associate editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. She earned a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, summa cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude and with honors, from the University of Arizona. While at the University of Arizona, Julea worked at Tech Launch Arizona and as a research assistant in the Davis Lab where she analyzed glycoprotein trafficking at the Blood Brain Barrier.
