KATHLEEN MCCULLOUGH advises both issuers and underwriters on international corporate finance transactions, liability management transactions, and U.S. securities regulation. With a particular focus on high-yield debt capital markets transactions, she has substantial experience with complex cross-border financing arrangements.

Prior to joining Sidley, Kathleen was an associate at a leading U.S. law firm in London.
