KATHERINE MEDIANIK is a managing associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice in New York. Her practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management, and leasing of a variety of commercial real estate properties. Katherine’s practice also includes the representation of financial institutions and investment banks on lending transactions, as well as the representation of private equity investors in the acquisition, disposition, and merger of companies with significant real estate assets.
Prior to joining Sidley, Katherine was an associate at another international law firm based in New York City where she worked on a broad range of real estate, private equity, bankruptcy, and restructuring transactions.
While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Katherine was a staff editor for the Cardozo Law Review.
