Biography
ISABEL NEELANDS advises clients, including private equity sponsors, corporations, investment banks and credit funds, on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financing, syndicated lending, refinancings, and general banking matters.
Isabel has a commercial background in the media and entertainment industry and experience as a secondee at a leading global investment bank.
Before joining Sidley, Isabel practiced at another international law firm in London.
Isabel sits on the LexisNexis Next Generation Board.
