JACK ROXBURGH works on a broad range of contentious matters, focusing on commercial litigation, dispute resolution and international arbitration.
Jack has worked on proceedings in England before the High Court and the London Court of International Arbitration, and has assisted clients on regulatory investigations led by the Financial Conduct Authority. He has experience of working with a range of clients, including sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions.
Jack recently advised TransUnion in its acquisition of Callcredit, the second largest credit reference company in the United Kingdom.
Before joining Sidley, Jack trained with a Magic Circle firm in London, where he qualified as an associate in the Securitization team. During his training, Jack also gained experience in the banking finance and capital markets practices, completing a secondment to the firm’s Hong Kong general banking practice and another to a London-based debt relief charity.
