DANIEL SEROTA provides counsel for complex auctions, mergers, stock and asset purchases, hostile offers, joint ventures, proxy contests and transactions in bankruptcy or with distressed entities. He advises clients in a wide array of industries, with a particular emphasis on technology, media and telecommunications, financial institutions, hospitality and retail.
Daniel received recognition from the New York Law Journal as a “Rising Star,” in 2015, and a “Corporate/M&A Rising Star” by LMG Rising Stars in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Daniel was also recognized by The M&A Advisor as one of its “40 Under 40” legal advisors in 2014 and was named a “Super Lawyer” in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and a “Rising Star” in 2015–2016 and 2011–2013 by New York Metro Super Lawyers magazine.
