Nilofer is Chicago co-chair of Sidley’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She is a Class of 2023 Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow. She was a Co-Chair (Programming) of the 2021 Annual Meeting of the National Association of Women Lawyers.
