Federal Agencies Amend the Volcker Rule’s Covered Fund Restrictions, Completing Series of Related Rulemakings

In June 2020, U.S. federal agencies adopted amendments to the Volcker Rule’s covered fund restrictions and thus completed almost two years of rulemakings that amend the Volcker Rule, which included amendments made in November 2019 to its proprietary trading restrictions and compliance requirements.
