Sidley Represents Khosla Ventures in Realta Fusion’s US$9 Million Series Seed Financing

Sidley represented Khosla Ventures in its role as lead investor in the US$9 million series seed financing round of Realta Fusion, Inc., an energy company developing the technology to produce industrial heat and power from fusion energy.
