Sidley Represents Khosla Ventures in Realta Fusion’s US$9 Million Series Seed Financing

Sidley represented Khosla Ventures in its role as lead investor in the US$9 million series seed financing round of Realta Fusion, Inc., an energy company developing the technology to produce industrial heat and power from fusion energy. Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, and other undisclosed investors also participated in the round. Additional information about the transaction can be found here.
