Sidley Represents Wafra on Its US$125.36 Million Series 2024-1 Secured Railcar Equipment Notes

Sidley represented Wafra Inc. (“Wafra”), Signal Rail Holdings LLC, a joint venture between certain funds managed or advised by Wafra and Trinity Industries Leasing Company, and Signal Rail I LLC (the “Issuer”), in connection with the Issuer’s US$125.36 million Series 2024-1 Secured Railcar Equipment Notes, which closed on May 22, 2024.
Wafra is a global alternative investment manager with over US$30 billion of assets under management across a range of alternative assets, including real assets, real estate, and strategic partnerships.
