Sidley represented American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (AHR), a publicly registered healthcare REIT, in AHR’s underwritten public offering of 9,315,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of US$48.00 per share. In connection with the offering, AHR entered into forward sale agreements with RBC Capital Markets (or an affiliate thereof) with respect to the shares being offered.
