Sidley Represents Kodiak Gas Services in Its US$675 Million Acquisition of Distributed Power Solutions

Sidley represented Kodiak Gas Services, Inc. in its US$675 million equity and cash transaction to acquire Distributed Power Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of turnkey, scalable, and highly-reliable distributed power solutions serving a diverse set of customers and end markets.
