Sidley Represents Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives in the Acquisition of FGI Worldwide
Sidley represented Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives in its acquisition of FGI Worldwide LLC (FGI), a leading provider of working capital financing and trade credit insurance solutions. Through its three principal business units — FGI Finance, FGI Risk, and FGI Tech — FGI provides clients with flexible and customized asset-based lending and credit insurance solutions designed to support international and domestic growth. The transaction positions FGI to accelerate its expansion strategy and further enhance its suite of financing solutions for clients under Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ ownership.
