ZAHRA JASSEMI represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on leveraged finance transactions and corporate financing matters, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition financing.

Zahra has experience in private and public acquisition financing, syndicated lending, private credit financings, refinancings, and general banking.

Recent examples of Zahra’s work include advising:

• Advised Partners Group a leading global private markets firm, on the financing arrangements for its acquisition of premium pet food company MPM Products, a global pet food business focused on premium cat food.
• Adevinta, a leading European online classifieds group backed by a consortium of shareholders including Blackstone and Permira, on financing arrangements to refinance its existing debt facilities and facilitate a distribution to shareholders.
• EQT and Dellner on the senior financing for Dellner.
• SIG Combibloc on its post-IPO refinancing and subsequent financing matters.
• EQT on its investment in SNFL and IFG.
•  Permira, including in relation to its investments in:
  • Adevinta (as part of a consortium with Blackstone and others), the world’s largest online classified advertising business.
  • Gruppo Florence, a leading Italian manufacturer of textiles for the international luxury sector.
  • Kedrion and Bio Products Laboratory, two providers of medicinal products derived from human blood plasma.
  • Exclusive Networks, a global provider of cybersecurity and cloud solutions.
• Nordic Capital in connection with its acquisition of Equipe Zorgbedrijven, a market-leading provider of outpatient healthcare in the Netherlands, active in hand and wrist surgery and therapy and aesthetic care.
