He led The M&A Advisor “Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year” (2022) as counsel to Ventec Life Systems in connection with its sale to ReactHealth, as well as the “Information Technology Deal of the Year” (2021) as counsel to Wave Computing, Inc. in its Chapter 11 case.
Sam is also a member of the firm’s Automotive and Mobility Leadership Committee, which is composed of lawyers from around the world in various practice areas dedicated to driving the firm’s growth in the automotive and mobility sector.
He previously held political and fundraising positions with the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C. and served in legislative and policy positions for Senator John Glenn (OH) and Representatives Gary Ackerman (NY) and Rob Andrews (NJ). Sam earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
