Sidley partners Matt Warren, Allison Davis, and Peter Whitfield will be speaking at the ATLP 96th Annual Meeting from June 22-24, 2025, along with other legal practitioners, academics, and industry leaders in all modes of transportation gather from across North America.
On June 22, 2025, Allison will take part in a panel titled “Humphrey’s Executor,” which will explore what the potential overturning or narrowing of the doctrine would mean for independent agencies.
On June 23, 2025, Matt will take part in a panel examining reforms to streamline STB rail-dispute adjudications and forge common ground between railroads and shippers, titled “The Future of STB Adjudications.” On the same day, Peter will take part in a panel titled “Whither NEPA after Seven County infrastructure?” that will discuss the Supreme Court’s upcoming decision in Seven County Infrastructure v. Eagle County, Colorado and its impact on environmental review of transportation projects.
