Sidley and IIB Present Webinar on Trump Administration 5/19/26 EO “Restoring Integrity to America’s Financial System”

The Institute of International Bankers (IIB) and Sidley are hosting a presentation on the Trump Administration’s May 19, 2026 Executive Order “Restoring Integrity to America’s Financial System.” The session will provide an overview and analysis of the order, including its direction to federal agencies to strengthen customer identification and anti-money laundering frameworks and to consider enhanced due diligence related to immigration and employment authorization risks in connection with access to financial services. It will also highlight key considerations regarding potential areas of liability for financial institutions.
