NFA Withdraws Interpretive Notice 9083 Regarding Supervision of Associated Persons

On April 21, 2025, the National Futures Association (NFA) approved new Interpretive Notice 9083 (Notice 9083), which would establish a comprehensive framework for the supervision of associated persons by NFA members. Following feedback from market participants, NFA has withdrawn Notice 9083. NFA has not indicated whether or when Notice 9083 may be reissued.
