Proposition 65 Changes Could Make Matters Worse

In March, the California Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), the agency that implements Proposition 65, released in draft form significant changes to the Prop. 65 warning scheme.
