Sidley Announces Chicago Office Relocation to 725 Randolph in Fulton Market

Chicago – Sidley is proud to announce plans to relocate its Chicago office to 725 Randolph, a new Class AA lifestyle office tower under development by Related Midwest in the Fulton Market neighborhood. Sidley will serve as the anchor tenant of the 45-story, 1-million-square-foot high-rise at 725 W. Randolph St., a prominent addition to the Chicago skyline, with occupancy anticipated in late 2030.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), 725 Randolph will create a new gateway to Fulton Market, one of the nation’s fastest-growing mixed-use districts. The tower will offer column-free floorplates and unobstructed views of the cityscape, a range of premier amenities, and a number of nearby dining options. The Fulton Market neighborhood has emerged as a destination for business, innovation, and talent as a growing concentration of leading companies and professional services firms have established roots in the area.
