Two Sidley Deals Shortlisted for ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2025

Asian Legal Business (ALB) has named two Sidley deals as finalists for its “ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2025.” Indika’s senior notes due 2029 has been named a finalist for “Debt Market Deal of the Year” and Hong Kong's first De-SPAC transaction for Synagistics has been named a finalist for “Equity Market Deal of the Year.”

The annual awards honor outstanding achievements in the legal field, celebrating the exceptional performance of both private practitioners and in-house counsel across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Singapore on May 22, 2025.
