Sidley Named a 2026 “Top Foreign Law Firm” by India Business Law Journal

Sidley has been honored by India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) with a position in its 2026 “Top Foreign Law Firms” feature, with the firm featuring on the list for the ninth consecutive year. As a “Top 15” firm, Sidley has been acknowledged as among the leading foreign law firms for India-related work.

IBLJ has celebrated Sidley’s “thriving India practice,” recognizing the firm’s role on Tata Capital’s US$1.75 billion IPO, advice to Macquarie Asset Management on the sale of its Safeway Concessions toll road portfolio in India for US$1.7 billion, and representation of Hindalco in the first administrative review by the U.S. Department of Commerce of the anti-dumping duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from India.
