Sidley Represents BMW i Ventures in Investment in Ampeco's Series A Financing

Sidley represented BMW i Ventures as lead investor in the Series A financing round of Ampeco, creator of an electric vehicle charging station software platform. LAUNCHub Ventures, Cavalry Ventures, and other undisclosed investors also participated in the round.
The Sidley team was led by corporate partner Andrew Harper and included corporate associates Zachary Shub-Essig and Peiyu Yu, partner Rachelle Soderstrom and managing associate Daphne Chen (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions), and partner James Mendenhall (Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy).
