Sidley Advised Kartesia on the Financing of goetzpartners’ Management Buy-Out

Sidley advised Kartesia, a European specialist in capital solutions for small and mid-size companies, in connection with the financing of the management buy-out of the German consultancy firm goetzpartners (now Fortlane Partners).
