Sidley Represents MaxHome.AI in US$5 Million Series Seed Funding

Sidley represented MaxHome.AI, developer of an artificial intelligence (AI) co-pilot designed for real estate agents, in its US$5 million Series Seed funding round. The round was led by Fika Ventures and included participation from BBG Ventures, 1Sharpe Ventures, and Four Acres Capital.

The Sidley team was led Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and included Jake Funk and Sara N. Zokaei (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
