Sidley Represents Bluevine in Its US$340 Million Acquisition by Valley National Bank

Sidley represented Bluevine Inc., a fintech company providing digital banking solutions for small businesses, in its agreement to be acquired by Valley National Bancorp for approximately US$340 million. The transaction will add Bluevine’s digital platform, which serves approximately 175,000 small businesses, to Valley’s capabilities and is expected to advance the bank’s broader technology, fintech, and artificial intelligence strategies. The acquisition will also bring approximately 180 Bluevine engineers and other technology professionals to Valley.
