Sidley Represented Ampa in Its US$8.5 Million Seed Funding Round

Sidley represented Ampa, a neurotechnology company developing a portable brain-stimulation platform, in its oversubscribed US$8.5 million seed funding round. This round was led by Nexus NeuroTech Ventures, and included participation from Satori Capital, Morningside Ventures, Continuum Health Ventures, the Zabara Foundation, and several individual investors.
