Sidley Represents Piere in Its Seed Financing Round

Sidley represented Piere, an innovator in the fintech space focused on developing AI-enabled personal finance tools, in its seed financing round. This round was led by Grand Ventures and included participation from Selah Ventures, TruStage Ventures, Samvid Ventures, Fabric VC, and several angel investors.
The Sidley team was led by partner Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and included Jake Funk and David Chriki (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
