Sidley Represents Capricor Therapeutics in US$172.5 Million Common Stock Offering

Sidley represented Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. in connection with an underwritten public offering of 6,900,000 shares of its common stock, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments, bringing the total gross proceeds to Capricor from the offering to approximately US$172.5 million. Piper Sandler & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering and H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as co-manager.
