Sidley Represents Hiab in the US$1.035 Billion Acquisition of Labrie Environmental Group

Sidley represented Hiab Corporation, a leading provider of smart and sustainable on-road load-handling solutions, in its US$1.035 billion all-cash acquisition of Labrie Environmental Group from Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. Headquartered in Quebec, Canada, Labrie Environmental Group is a leading North American manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles, operating across three established brands: Labrie, Wittke, and Leach. The transaction significantly strengthens Hiab’s position in the North American waste and recycling market.
