Sidley Represents Bixby Wealth Solutions on Strategic Minority Investment in F.L.Putnam

Sidley represented Bixby Wealth Solutions (Bixby) on its strategic minority investment in F.L.Putnam Investment Management Company, an independent registered investment advisor that manages more than $11 billion in assets for clients, including individuals, single and multi-family offices, endowments, foundations and RIAs. Bixby, an arm of Moontower Group with the backing of Carlyle’s (NASDAQ: CG) Global Credit Business, is a specialist investor in independent wealth management firms and similar professional services businesses.
