Sidley Represents SlateView Capital in Joint Venture Formation and Acquisition of Meadowbrook at Agoura Hills in Southern California

Sidley represented SlateView Capital in the formation of a joint venture with an institutional partner and in connection with the acquisition of Meadowbrook at Agoura Hills, a 156-unit assisted living and memory care community in Agoura Hills, California.

Meadowbrook represents SlateView’s first investment and the beginning of a broader strategy to acquire senior housing communities in high-barrier-to-entry markets throughout the United States. SlateView is a privately held real estate investment firm founded by senior housing industry veterans Azhar Jameeli and Kendall Young.
