Andrew D. Baptist

ANDREW BAPTIST focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.

Andrew earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, he served as a contributing editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law and as a student lawyer for the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Prior to joining Sidley, Andrew served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge J. Philip Calabrese of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Andrew earned his B.A. in political science, cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
