Doris Beganovic

DORIS BEGANOVIC advises clients on a wide range of cross-border corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions. She works with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and multinational corporates on complex acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and strategic investments across a variety of sectors.

Before joining Sidley Austin, Doris gained valuable experience at an asset management firm in Munich specializing in alternative equity investments, where she developed a strong understanding of the private equity landscape from an investor’s perspective.

Doris trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s London office. During her training, she also worked within the firm’s Restructuring and Leveraged Finance practices, gaining broad transactional experience across different disciplines.

In addition, Doris spent six months on secondment at Chelsea Football Club, where she worked closely with both the in-house legal team and Sidley lawyers on a range of corporate and commercial matters, providing hands-on support to a high-profile client operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
