Emily R. Bronner

EMILY BRONNER assists with overseeing and coordinating the New York office’s pro bono program. Sidley’s office in New York is involved with an array of matters and initiatives ranging from impact litigation, to assistance for non-profits and small businesses in underserved communities, to immigration, domestic violence, education, and family law matters, among others. Emily also maintains an active pro bono practice herself.

Prior to becoming pro bono counsel, Emily was a Securities Enforcement and Regulatory associate in Sidley’s office in New York for nine years. As an associate, Emily represented financial institutions, broker-dealers, and investment advisors in internal investigations and other regulatory matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA.
