Erika T. Cohen

ERIKA COHEN focuses her practices on private equity firms and their portfolio companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Erika was counsel at another international law firm.

• Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in the acquisition of a majority stake in Prosol Group, a multi-specialist in fresh food businesses and food retail in France.

• Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo in the acquisition of the Environmental Services business of GFL Environmental Inc.
• Apollo Global Management in various transactions, including its acquisition of EmployBridge and subsequent add-on transactions.

Some of the above matters were handled prior to joining Sidley.
