Biography
THOMAS CRAMER focuses his practice on securities enforcement and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Tom was a litigation associate at another global law firm in New York.
Tom holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an articles editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review, and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Colgate University.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Tom maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing survivors of domestic violence in immigration proceedings.
