Kyle R. de Neve

KYLE DE NEVE has extensive experience advising clients in the high technology industry at every stage of their corporate life cycle, from early-stage formation and funding to mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs.

Kyle’s practice includes a particular focus on venture capital financings and similar transactions; his experience is in representing both issuers and investors. Kyle also routinely advises clients on general corporate matters, including the establishment and operation of joint ventures, matters pertaining to employment law and equity compensation, and more.

Prior to joining Sidley, Kyle was an associate in the corporate and securities group at a leading Silicon Valley law firm where he focused on emerging growth businesses in the high technology sector. Kyle also previously spent two years practicing abroad in the Tokyo, Japan, branch of a leading U.S. law firm where he assisted Japan-based clients with a variety of matters including equity investments into U.S.-based companies.
