Henry Dickinson

HENRY DICKINSON focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, shareholder activism, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Henry worked at the Supreme Court of the United States, the Iowa Attorney General’s Office, and in the Office of the Inspector General of the General Services Administration.

While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Henry served as an editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review and the Virginia Tax Review.
