Sidley Represents Initial Purchasers in AWLC’s US$750 Million Senior Notes Offering

Sidley represented the initial purchasers in connection with Atlas Warehouse Lending Company, L.P.’s (AWLC) Rule 144A offering, with registration rights, of US$750 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% fixed-to-floating rate senior notes due 2032. AWLC is a wholly owned, investment-grade-rated subsidiary of WHCO Intermediate Holdings L.P., the primary funding entity for the broader lending platform of ATLAS SP Partners, the warehouse finance and securitized products business majority owned by Apollo funds.
