
Biography
HARRY DODSWORTH focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and employment law. Harry represents clients in a variety of litigation and regulatory contexts, including in matters relating to whistleblowing, employment discrimination, accounting, financial trading, class actions, products liability, and data breaches. Harry also counsels businesses on a range of matters, including compliance with employment laws, executive contracts, restrictive covenants, and personnel policies. Harry further advises businesses on employment and labor issues arising in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Before joining Sidley, Harry served as a law clerk for the Honorable Doris L. Pryor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has also published several law review articles on topics ranging from criminal law to election law.
Harry graduated from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Northwestern University Law Review. Before attending law school, Harry earned his B.S. in psychology from the University of Georgia.
