ERIN DROLET focuses her practice on project finance, tax equity investments, project and portfolio M&A, development financing, and related transactions in renewable energy markets and for infrastructure and industrial assets.
Erin represents sponsors, tax equity investors, lenders, and other key participants in connection with complex business transactions, project development, and financings at all stages of a project’s life-cycle.
While attending The George Washington University Law School, Erin served as senior notes editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
