Biography
DAVID D’URSO represents private equity funds, venture capital investors, family offices, and portfolio companies in complex domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions and financings. His clients span a wide range of industries, including aviation, food and beverage, financial services, media, construction, pharmaceutical, and more. David focuses his practice on leveraged acquisitions, take-privates, follow-on acquisitions and rollups, growth equity investments, and debt financings, and advises on matters relating to corporate governance, management compensation, follow-on acquisitions, recapitalizations, securities offerings, and liquidity and exit events.
Prior to joining Sidley, David was head of the Private Equity and M&A Transactions practice at another global law firm.
