Sidley Represents Valiant Integrated Defense Services on Carve-Out Sale of O&M Division to Inspirit Equity

Sidley represented Valiant Integrated Defense Services in connection with the carve-out sale of its operations and maintenance division, Valiant O&M, to Inspirit Equity, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm. Upon closing, the business will operate as Vulcan Government Services, an independent provider of facility operations, maintenance, and logistics services to U.S. government agencies.
